Initially, my real estate activity was limited to my personal property transactions. These were properties that I flipped and multi-unit properties I still manage. Over the years, I have extended my real estate services to friends and family and I am now seeking to expand my services to gain new clients.
Acquiring my teaching credential came after several years of buying, remodeling, and selling homes through the market’s boom, bust, and recovery years. I have dozens of accomplished transactions, half of which where of my own making.
